Please read and agree to the Terms and Conditions concerning orders made with My DESIRED List.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
"M.D.L" shall mean My DESIRED List.
"Buyers" shall mean you and all other persons who purchase M.D.L items.
"Merchandise" shall mean the item that you are purchasing.
TO ORDER
Simply send us an email to myDESIREDlist@gmail.com with the 'Name of Merchandise' as the 'Subject'.Include the following in your email:

Date Of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy): So as to enjoy M.D.L Birthday Promotion
Mailing Address:
Contact number:
Colour (if applicable):
Quantity:
Delivery service: Registered Mail / Normal Mail
How do you know about M.D.L?
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Buyers will receive an email confirmation from M.D.L. Buyers are advised to make FULL payment within the next 24 hour once M.D.L has send the ORDER CONFIRMATION to them. It is the Buyers' responsibility to check their emails. Failing to make FULL payment within the time frame will result in their order being cancelled and the Merchandise being sold to the next potential buyer.
Strictly no reservation of Merchandise is allowed.
Prices are not negotiable.
PAYMENT MODE
FULL PAYMENT must be made, there will be no minimum charges honoured.
Buyers must pay to DBS SAVING Plus Account
Buyers MUST present M.D.L the following details to verify their transaction:

Time of transfer:
To help us serve you better and more efficiently, kindly email us a copy of your transaction receipt if you can't do Internet Banking.
Merchandises sold are not refundable and not exchangeable.
DELIVERY
Islandwide delivery.
Buyers may opt for the following services:
1. Register Mail (S$2.24 + S$1 normal postage) is recommended and encouraged.
2. Normal Mail - charge of S$1 applies but maybe subjected to changes where prices may vary according to the weight of the parcel such as bags etc. M.D.L will not be responsible for loss or damage mailed out Merchandise should you opt for this mode of delivery.
Please be advised that the speed of delivery not only lies with the postman but it will depend on how accurate you present M.D.L with your proof of transaction.
M.D.L reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Merchandise to the Buyer if it has any doubts the whatsoever as to the Buyer's credit worthiness.
SAFETY OF PERSONAL DATA
All reasonable efforts are made by M.D.L to ensure that any personal data held by M.D.L is stored in a secure and safe place and no unauthorised access will be made by M.D.L to Buyer's computer or browser.
Should you back out after your confirmation, your IP address shall be banned from commenting in all future posts.
CONTENT
M.D.L reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion. M.D.L may, but does not undertake, to notify the Buyer of such changes. It is the Buyer's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any order and M.D.L shall have no responsibility to notify the Buyer of any changes to the Terms and Conditions prior to the coming into effect of such changes or otherwise. When in dispute, M.D.L will reserve the final say.
